Greetings John, Thanks for the background and letting me know more detail about your case. The good news is that Kodak gave me excellent service and I had a new one in 2 days at no charge. Remote areas can take up to several days. The was generally a good machine, but there was something screwy about the printheads. The color photos were just FINE.
